Sweet Embrace was set up in March 2007. Originally, it was set up as a personal site and a sort of trial as I wanted to move my entire Piczo site on to a proper website. I started to hate Piczo because of all the Pop-ups and found it annoying to add content as it would cause my computer to crash quite a lot. I thought I would ask Saffy if she would give me a bit of space for a personal site, which she allowed me to have and Sweet embrace was born.

From the start, I intended on calling my personal site, 'Forever with Fai' although I thought that I would keep my Piczo site name of ‘Forever Flying’ instead. Later on, I decided to change the whole name of my personal site as it changed to a more personal/blog site. I changed it to sweet embrace, which was named after a layout I made for Morgan’s Sakura and Syaoran’s Layout contest.

I have changed this site to a personal/blog site after officially closing my Piczo site after the AMV contest was over. I found that not only did Piczo sites have so many pop-ups but the adding of content took so long and I found that my computer would crash a lot. After getting used to HTML from Cardcaptors Forever, I was determined to try and make my very own blog from scratch without the use of page editors. Today, Sweet Embrace is hosted on my own domain and hosts some of my photographs, contests, blog and information about myself.
